La Academia Partnership Charter School

Consistent attendance is crucial for academic success and personal growth. When students attend school regularly, they benefit from uninterrupted learning, build strong relationships with their peers and teachers, and develop essential skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

Student Hours 8-3:00 pm / Tardy: Arriving on time and attending school regularly promotes responsibility and time management skills. These habits are essential not only in school but also in future workplaces and life situations. Students arriving after 8:00 a.m. will be marked tardy to school. / Absence: An absence is any time a student is not physically participating in instruction or instruction-related activities. This includes students who are absent regardless of whether absences are excused or unlawful, including out-of-school suspensions. / Excuse Notes: An excuse note must be turned in within 3 days of a student's return from an absence. Parents/Caregivers may submit up to 10 excuses. After the 10th absence, medical notes must be supplied.
