Student Hours 8-3:00 pm / Tardy: Arriving on time and attending school regularly promotes responsibility and time management skills. These habits are essential not only in school but also in future workplaces and life situations. Students arriving after 8:00 a.m. will be marked tardy to school. / Absence: An absence is any time a student is not physically participating in instruction or instruction-related activities. This includes students who are absent regardless of whether absences are excused or unlawful, including out-of-school suspensions. / Excuse Notes: An excuse note must be turned in within 3 days of a student's return from an absence. Parents/Caregivers may submit up to 10 excuses. After the 10th absence, medical notes must be supplied.

A Message from the Nurse: All students must have up-to-date immunization records on file at LAPCS per state law. Students who do not must provide them to LAPCS or have a doctor's appointment scheduled by September 13, 2024. If LAPCS does not receive the immunizations by September 13th, your child will be excluded from school starting September 16, 2024.
Todos los estudiantes deben tener sus registros de vacunación actualizados almacenados en LAPCS de acuerdo con la legislación estatal.
