A Message from the Nurse: All students must have up-to-date immunization records on file at LAPCS per state law. Students who do not must provide them to LAPCS or have a doctor's appointment scheduled by September 13, 2024. If LAPCS does not receive the immunizations by September 13th, your child will be excluded from school starting September 16, 2024.
Todos los estudiantes deben tener sus registros de vacunación actualizados almacenados en LAPCS de acuerdo con la legislación estatal. Los alumnos que no cuenten con registros actualizados en el archivo deben entregarlos a LAPCS o concertar una cita con el médico antes del 13 de septiembre de 2024. Si LAPCS no recibe las vacunas antes del 13 de septiembre, su hijo será excluido de la escuela a partir del 16 de septiembre de 2024.
